Kapolda Metro Jaya Irjend Pol Fadil Imran memastikan akan menangkap Pemimpin Front Pembela Islam (FPI) Rizieq Shihab dan lima panitia acara yang berlangsung di Petamburan, Tanah Abang, Jakarta Selatan.
“Terhadap para tersangka penyidik Polda Metro Jaya akan melakukan penangkapan,” kata Fadil di Polda Metro Jaya, Kamis (10/12/2020).
Sebelumnya, polisi menetapkan tersangka terhadap Rizieq dan lima panitia acara Maulid Nabi dan pernikahan yang berujung melanggar protokol kesehatan.
Penetapan status itu dilakukan setelah polisi melakukan proses penyelidikan, penyidikan dan gelar perkara sejak terjadinya kerumunan itu pada 14 November 2020.
Selain Rizieq, sejumlah orang ditetapkan tersangka. Mereka adalah ketua panitia Maulid Nabi dan pernikahan putri Rizieq, HU dan sekretaris panitia.
Selain itu juga penanggungjawab bidang keamanan MS, penanggungjawab acara SL dan kepala seksi acara HI.
Sebagai informasi, kerumunan yang ditimbulkan dalam acara Rizieq juga berbuntut panjang.
Kapolda Metro Jaya Irjen Nana Sudjana dan Kapolda Jawa Barat Irjen Rudy Sufahriadi dicopot dari jabatannya karena dinilai lalai dalam menegakkan protokol kesehatan.
Tidak hanya itu, Polda Metro Jaya juga memanggil Gubernur DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan untuk dimintai klarifikasi.
Pemanggilan juga dilakukan terhadap Wali Kota Jakarta Pusat Bayu Meghantara, Camat Tanah Abang Yassin Pasaribu, Kepala KUA Tanah Abang, Bhabinkamtibmas, serta perangkat RT dan RW terkait.
Polda Metro pun melakukan pemeriksaan lanjutan terhadap panitia Maulid Nabi dan pernikahan putri Rizieq hingga Wakil Gubernur DKI Jakarta, Ahmad Riza Patria.
